1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on or using any part of the SpinWinPK platform — including the website at spinwinpk.click, any associated mobile interface, or any game or service offered thereon — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use SpinWinPK in any capacity.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SpinWinPK in relation to your use of the platform. They replace any prior understandings, representations or agreements, whether oral or written. SpinWinPK reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time — when a material change is made, registered players will be notified and the version date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
2. Eligibility
To create and use a SpinWinPK account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. SpinWinPK operates a strict minimum age policy. Age verification documents may be requested at any stage of your account's lifecycle — registration, first withdrawal, or upon review. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of playing. It is your responsibility — not SpinWinPK's — to verify whether your jurisdiction permits such activity.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of SpinWinPK or any of its affiliates, technology partners or game suppliers.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion register that would apply to your use of SpinWinPK, nor be subject to any court order restricting your ability to enter into financial agreements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each natural person is entitled to hold exactly one SpinWinPK account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different device, a different IP address, or through any other means — is a serious breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts found will be closed and all balances across those accounts may be forfeited. Bonuses received across duplicate accounts will be cancelled.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, complete and current information when registering with SpinWinPK. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number for verification purposes, mobile number and email address. SpinWinPK may request supporting documentation (CNIC copy, bank statement, mobile wallet screenshot) to verify any information provided. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SpinWinPK login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any other person. SpinWinPK cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact SpinWinPK support immediately at support@spinwinpk.click.
3.4 Account Currency
All SpinWinPK accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to maintain a balance in any foreign currency. All transactions — deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals — are processed in PKR with no conversion rate applied.
4. Deposits and Payments
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
SpinWinPK currently accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa mobile wallet, JazzCash mobile wallet, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. SpinWinPK reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice given where possible.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on SpinWinPK is Rs 200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large individual deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence checks in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your SpinWinPK balance within seconds in normal circumstances. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 4 hours on business days. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate within 2 hours.
4.4 No Third-Party Deposits
You may only fund your SpinWinPK account from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends or any other person — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
To make a withdrawal from SpinWinPK, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires a valid CNIC and confirmation that your registered payment method is in your name. Withdrawal requests submitted before full verification is complete will be held pending verification rather than processed.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Amounts below this threshold cannot be processed and will remain in your account balance until the minimum is reached.
5.3 Processing Times
SpinWinPK targets the following processing timelines by VIP tier: Silver — within 10 minutes via Easypaisa/JazzCash; Gold — within 7 minutes; Diamond — within 6 minutes; Platinum — within 5 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals at all tiers target same-business-day settlement. These timelines represent SpinWinPK's internal processing time — network delays outside our control are not included.
5.4 Daily Withdrawal Limits
Daily withdrawal limits are: Silver — Rs 100,000; Gold — Rs 500,000; Diamond — Rs 1,000,000; Platinum — Rs 2,000,000 or above as negotiated with your account manager. These limits reset at midnight PKT each day.
5.5 Withdrawal to Deposit Source
SpinWinPK's standard policy is to return winnings to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If your original deposit method is unavailable, our support team will assist in arranging an alternative verified method.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Bonus Eligibility
All bonuses and promotions offered by SpinWinPK are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. These Terms set out the general framework; individual bonus terms take precedence in the event of any conflict. Bonuses are available to eligible registered SpinWinPK accounts only — certain bonuses may be restricted to new accounts, specific VIP tiers, specific game categories or specific payment methods.
6.2 Welcome Bonus
SpinWinPK's welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount are stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.
6.3 VIP Cashback
SpinWinPK's VIP cashback programme returns a percentage of net weekly losses to eligible accounts. VIP cashback is calculated on Monday based on the prior seven days of play and credited as real balance — not bonus balance — with no wagering requirement attached. Cashback rates are: Silver 5%, Gold 10%, Diamond 15%, Platinum 20%. Full details are set out on the VIP Club page.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse SpinWinPK's bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating bonus claims with other accounts, using software or algorithms to exploit promotional offers, or any other activity that SpinWinPK reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in permanent account closure.
7. Gameplay Rules
7.1 Game Availability
SpinWinPK's game library is subject to change. Games may be added, modified or removed at any time. SpinWinPK will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any significant removal, but is not obligated to do so. In-progress bonus rounds or active bets at the time of any game removal will be settled according to the game's standard rules.
7.2 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or any other technical problem that affects a game round, SpinWinPK reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the relevant accounts. Bets placed during a period of platform error do not create any valid entitlement to winnings beyond the voided bet refund.
7.3 RNG Certification
All Random Number Generator-based games on SpinWinPK use a certified RNG that has been independently tested for statistical randomness and fairness. Published RTP figures reflect actual platform data verified across real player sessions. SpinWinPK does not manipulate or adjust RNG outcomes under any circumstances.
7.4 Sports Betting Rules
PSL and general sports betting on SpinWinPK is subject to additional sport-specific rules available on the relevant betting section of the platform. In the event of any event cancellation, abandonment or postponement, SpinWinPK will apply the standard settlement rules for the sport in question. Ante-post bets are subject to the relevant market's rules at the time of placement.
8. VIP Club
SpinWinPK's VIP Club operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum. Tier eligibility is calculated monthly based on total wager amount across all SpinWinPK games during the previous calendar month. Tier upgrades and downgrades take effect on the first day of each new calendar month based on the prior month's activity.
SpinWinPK reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, withdrawal limits, and any other VIP benefit with 30 days' notice to affected members. The current VIP Club benefits are set out in full on the VIP Club page, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
SpinWinPK also reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club or downgrade their tier in cases of suspected bonus abuse, account sharing, fraudulent activity, or any other breach of these Terms — regardless of their wagering levels.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on SpinWinPK and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with SpinWinPK's games or platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
- Colluding with other players on SpinWinPK to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, coordinate bets or otherwise undermine fair play.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, fraud, money laundering or any other criminal enterprise.
- Attempting to access other players' accounts, interfere with the platform's technical systems or reverse-engineer any part of SpinWinPK's software.
- Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any account restriction.
- Providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
- Allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your SpinWinPK account.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing SpinWinPK support staff or other players through any communication channel.
10. Responsible Gaming
SpinWinPK takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. All registered players have access to the following tools through their account settings: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session duration timers with forced break reminders; loss limits that pause your session when a specified amount is lost; and self-exclusion options ranging from 1 month to permanent.
Self-exclusion requests on SpinWinPK take effect within 24 hours of submission and are irreversible during the chosen period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts during their exclusion period — any such accounts will be closed and their balances forfeited.

11. Privacy and Data
SpinWinPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
- SpinWinPK collects the minimum data necessary to operate your account and comply with legal obligations.
- Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
- SpinWinPK may share data with regulated third parties as required for payment processing, identity verification and fraud prevention.
- You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data subject to SpinWinPK's legal retention obligations.
12. Account Suspension and Closure
12.1 SpinWinPK-Initiated Closure
SpinWinPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the account fails to pass required verification checks; (d) the account shows patterns consistent with money laundering; or (e) SpinWinPK is required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In cases of legitimate suspension where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.
12.2 Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your SpinWinPK account at any time by contacting support at support@spinwinpk.click. Before account closure is confirmed, SpinWinPK will verify your identity, process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance, and confirm that no open bets or active bonuses remain. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
13. Amendments to These Terms
SpinWinPK may amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is being made, SpinWinPK will: (a) update the version date at the top of this document; (b) send a notification to your registered email address or via the platform's notification system; and (c) provide at least 14 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, except in cases where immediate change is required for legal or security reasons.
If you disagree with an amendment to these Terms, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of SpinWinPK after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to SpinWinPK's operations. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of SpinWinPK, you agree to first contact SpinWinPK's support team and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter internally before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
SpinWinPK's decisions on disputed game outcomes — where those outcomes are determined by a certified RNG or by an impartial live dealer — are final. Decisions on account matters, bonus rulings and Terms interpretation are made by SpinWinPK's compliance team and are subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in the FAQ.
